A friend asked that I paint his Stormcast Eternals Spearhead for Warhammer Age of Sigmar. It was a simple, table-ready paint job that consisted of blue cloaks, black armor, silver and bronze metals, and a custom blue-green flame effect.

I was given free reign of color on both the Gryphound and Gryphstalker and so went with something brownish-orange to contrast against the darker and cooler colors of the cloaks and the fire. I was also given free reign with the bases and decided to try something new to me with a marbling technique over stiff cardboard pieces glued to the bases.

Overall this commission took just shy of 20 hours to complete and the client was pleased with the work I did for him.

I think I need to invest in a professional lightbox model display area type thing in the future
